Stancill vs. Stancill

I appealed a lawsuit for my client which was affirmed in part, vacated in part and remanded on June 16, 2015. By doing so, the Court of Appeals held that Ex Parte DVPOs constitute civil trials, and must be recorded.

Hausle vs. Hausle

The North Carolina Court of Appeals affirmed the Trial Court’s decision in favor of my client regarding a motion in the cause to change custody on April 2, 2013.

Fairbrother vs. Mann

I appealed the entry of a Domestic Violence Order entered against my client to the North Carolina Court of Appeals. The Court of Appeals reversed the Trial Court on March 11, 2013.

Arcara vs. Pecoraro

I obtained a $5.9 million judgment for my client in an Alienation of Affection case in Pitt County, North Carolina on August 30, 2010. It was the second highest verdict amount ever awarded in North Carolina at that time.
